TRA VISIONS Young Researcher Competition comprises 5 modes of transport, to which students will submit their projects. The modes are Road, Rail, Waterborne, Airborne and Cross-Modality. For each mode there will be a podium of winners, 1st, and 2nd runner-up. The 3 young researchers or teams in the podium for each mode will be invited to attend the Award Ceremony, which will be held at the TRA (Transport Research Arena) Conference in Lisbon in November 2022, with travel and accommodation provided by TRA Visions consortium. The winners will be awarded in the presence of European Commission, Industry, and Academia representatives, who are attending the TRA Conference. It will be a unique chance to showcase your ideas in front of policy makers, manufacturers, experts, and researchers in the field.

As the competition scheduling has been modified, we would like to inform you that Registration, Abstract and Full Project Submissions are all due December 31st, 2021.

TRA VISIONS partner Deep Blue will be holding a brief webinar of 30 minutes on TRA VISIONS 2022 Young Researcher Competition, breaking down all the details you may need to know to participate. We would like to invite you to the event and/or invite eligible students that could be interested in participating at the TRA VISIONS 2022 Young Researcher Competition, or simply spread the word about TRA VISIONS 2022 with your acquaintances.
