AGGIORNAMENTI E DISPOSIZIONI NORMATIVE
Care studentesse, cari studenti,
alcune prime indicazioni, già condivise con le rappresentanze studentesche, su quanto vivremo insieme nei prossimi mesi, che segnano l’avvio del progressivo rientro ad una fase di normalità senza che vengano allentati i criteri di sicurezza e prevenzione del rischio che ci hanno consentito una uscita dalla fase di lockdown.
Con circolare del DG 0035658 del 15 maggio 2020, https://www.uniroma1.it/sites/default/files/field_file_allegati/circolare_0035658.pdf,
sono state comunicate a tutte le strutture di Sapienza le misure per la continuità dell’azione amministrativa in relazione all’emergenza da COVID-19 e le nuove diposizioni normative, al fine di contemperare la sicurezza sanitaria con lo svolgimento di tutte le attività didattiche e di ricerca, anche con l’ausilio delle tecnologie digitali e di ogni altra modalità organizzativa.
Ferma restando ogni altra eventuale e differente determinazione che dovesse essere assunta dalle Autorità competenti, e conformandosi alle direttive del Ministro dell’università e della ricerca, la continuazione delle attività è stata dunque programmata dal Senato Accademico attraverso due nuove Fasi:
- Fase 2 da attuarsi a partire dal 4 maggio e fino al mese di agosto 2020;
- Fase 3 da attuarsi a partire dal mese di settembre e fino a gennaio 2021.
Per tutte le attività organizzate in presenza dovranno essere garantite le misure di sicurezza, minimizzando le attività collettive, disciplinando gli accessi e prevenendo, in ogni caso, forme di assembramento, secondo le indicazioni di ateneo per la gestione del rischio relative alle malattie infettive aerotrasmesse, tra cui la COVID-19, pubblicate al link:
In particolare, in merito alle modalità di espletamento delle lezioni frontali, gli esami e le tesi di laurea, è stato disposto quanto segue:
lezioni frontali: in telepresenza nella fase 2; in modalità mista nella fase 3, con un numero di studenti compatibile con le dimensioni delle aule per garantire il rispetto delle misure di sicurezza;
esami e lauree: in telepresenza nella fase 2, con possibile modalità mista a partire dal mese di luglio, e in modalità mista nella fase 3.
Resta inteso che, sia nella Fase 2 che nella Fase 3, a meno che non interverranno ulteriori indicazioni normative, sarà garantita agli studenti che non potranno/vorranno svolgere le attività in presenza, la possibilità di sostenere tutte le verifiche (esami e tesi di laurea), in modalità telematica, secondo le disposizioni e le modalità già adottate nella FASE 1.
Gli esami in presenza, a partire dall’appello di luglio
potranno riguardare solo un numero di studenti compatibile con le dimensioni dell’aula assegnata per la prova; gli studenti saranno divisi in gruppi in considerazione delle dimensioni dell’aula e delle postazioni che possono essere occupate (1 su 6).
saranno attivati solo su proposta dei docenti interessati (Presidenti delle Commissioni di esame e/o di laurea), in accordo con i Responsabili delle Strutture coinvolte (Direttori di Dipartimento, Presidi di Facoltà) che sono tenuti a predisporre le misure di sicurezza previste
comporteranno una specifica assunzione di responsabilità dello studente in merito al rispetto delle disposizioni regolamentari sulla sicurezza.
Le date di inizio appello indicate dai singoli docenti per il mese di giugno sono in linea di massima confermate. Nel mese di luglio potrebbero subire ancora variazioni per motivi organizzativi qualora il docente esprimesse la volontà di tornare alla modalità di esame in presenza.
Le modalità di iscrizione alle prove in presenza saranno comunicate sulle web cattedre e sui Classroom dei corsi attivi online. Nella prenotazione su Infostud la piattaforma prevederà a partire dalla metà di giugno specifiche modalità per richiedere di partecipare a una prova in presenza, se prevista dal docente. Non appena saranno disponibili maggiori dettagli, comunicheremo le istruzioni in merito alla procedura di prenotazione.
Sempre per motivi organizzativi la durata degli appelli sarà sicuramente più estesa del solito. Il docente, anche in caso di esame online, deve suddividere i prenotati per gruppi e questo comporta, soprattutto per le prove di esame con molti iscritti una dilatazione dei tempi.
Per facilitare la pianificazione delle prove siete dunque tenuti a cancellare la vostra prenotazione se non intendete presentarvi.

some initial indications, already shared with the student representatives, on how much we will be gathering together in the coming months, which mark the start of the gradual return to a normal phase without loosening the safety and risk prevention criteria that have allowed us to exit from the lockdown phase.
With circular of DG 0035658 of 15 May 2020, https://www.uniroma1.it/sites/default/files/field_file_allegati/circolare_0035658.pdf,
the measures for the continuity of the administrative action, relative to the emergency from COVID-19 and the new regulatory provisions were communicated to all the Sapienza structures, in order to balance health security with the performance of all educational and research activities, also with the help of digital technologies and any other organizational method.
Without prejudice to any other possible and different determination that should be made by the competent authorities, and in compliance with the directives of the Minister of University and Research, the continuation of the activities was therefore planned by the Academic Senate through two new phases:
- Phase 2 to be implemented starting from May 4 and until August 2020;
- Phase 3 to be implemented from September to January 2021.
For all the activities organized in presence, safety measures must be guaranteed, minimizing collective activities, regulating access and preventing, in any case, forms of assembly, according to the indications of the university for risk management related to airborne infectious diseases, including COVID-19, published at the link:
In particular, regarding the modalities of the lectures, exams and theses, it has been decided as follows:
in-person classes: telepresence in phase 2; mixed mode in phase 3, with a number of students compatible with the size of the classrooms to ensure compliance with safety measures;
exams and graduation: in telepresence in phase 2, with possible mixed modality starting from the month of July, and in mixed modality in phase 3.
In any case , both in Phase 2 and in Phase 3, unless further indications, students who cannot / will not carry out the activities in presence will be guaranteed the opportunity to take all the tests (exams and final exam/graduation), electronically, according to the provisions and methods already adopted in PHASE 1.
In-person exams, starting from July
will be possible for a number of students compatible with the size of the classroom assigned for the exam; students will be divided into groups considering the size of the classroom and the places that can be occupied (1 out of 6).
will be activated only if requested from the interested professor (Presidents of the Exam and / or Dissertation Panel), in agreement with the Head of the Structures involved (Department Directors, Faculty Deans).
will entail a specific assumption of responsibility by the student regarding compliance with the safety regulations.
The dates of exams indicated by the individual professors for the month of June are normally confirmed. The dates of exams starting in July may still change for organizational reasons if the professor expressed his/her willingness to organize in-person exams.
Indications on who to sign up for in-person exams will be communicated on the notice board and on the Classrooms of the courses delivered online. In the booking section on Infostud, starting from mid-June, the platform will provide specific ways to request to participate in-person exams, if provided by the professor. As soon as more details are available, we will communicate the instructions regarding the booking procedure.
Again, for organizational reasons, the duration of the exams will certainly be longer than usual. The professor, even in the case of an online exam, must divide the booked students into groups and this leads to a time dilation, especially for exam tests with many members.
To facilitate the planning of the exams you are therefore required to cancel your reservation if you do not intend to take the exam you’ve booked.
