ESAMI-SESSIONE STRAORDINARIA OTTOBRE/NOVEMBRE 2021- EXTRA EXAM SESSION

Modalità di partecipazione.

La sessione d’esame, come riportato nel calendario didattico (https://web.uniroma1.it/coris/didattica/calendario-didattico), si terrà tra lunedì 18 ottobre e venerdì 12 novembre 2021.
Si ricorda che sono ammessi all'appello straordinario solo le seguenti categorie di studenti:

laureandi della sessione di dicembre 2021/gennaio 2022 (che potranno sostenere l’ultimo esame per un per un massimo di 9 cfu)
studenti fuori corso (che potranno sostenere tutti gli esami previsti dal loro ordinamento);
studenti iscritti in modalità Part Time (che potranno sostenere 2 esami);
studenti iscritti ai corsi singoli;
studenti Erasmus incoming
studenti con disabilità o DSA
studentesse madri e studenti padri con figlio/i di età inferiore a tre anni
studentesse in stato di gravidanza
studenti lavoratori (potranno sostenere tutti gli esami i cui insegnamenti siano già stati erogati negli anni precedenti o al primo semestre dell'anno corrente).

Il giorno dell’esame, per verificare la regolarità dei requisiti di partecipazione all'appello straordinario, gli studenti, oltre alla ricevuta di prenotazione, dovranno presentare ai docenti:

se laureandi, una stampa della schermata di infostud relativa alla domanda di laurea, o copia della mail di ricevuta della consegna della domanda di laurea generata dal sistema;
se fuoricorso, il certificato di iscrizione scaricabile da Infostud nella sezione Certificati (senza marca da bollo), da cui si evince che gli studenti sono iscritti fuori corso. Coloro che diventeranno studenti fuori corso nell’a.a. 2021/2022 potranno partecipare alla sessione straordinaria se, entro la data d’esame, avranno provveduto ad effettuare – mediante il pagamento della prima rata delle tasse universitarie – l’iscrizione all’a.a. 2021/2022.
se part-time, il certificato di iscrizione scaricabile da Infostud nella sezione Certificati, da cui si evince l’iscrizione in modalità Part-Time;
se iscritti ai corsi singoli, la copia del bollettino pagato, da cui si evince che gli studenti sono iscritti a corsi singoli erogati dell’a.a. 2020-2021;
se studenti Erasmus sarà sufficiente la prenotazione da cui si evince che sono studenti Erasmus incoming;
se studenti con disabilità o DSA, copia della certificazione;
se studenti genitori o studentessa in stato di gravidanza, apposita documentazione che certifichi lo stato di famiglia o lo stato di gravidanza.
Gli studenti lavoratori, per poter partecipare alla sessione straordinaria dovranno seguire invece le istruzioni pubblicate dall’Ateneo al link - https://www.uniroma1.it/it/notizia/appelli-straordinari-aperti-anche-agl... inviando la certificazione richiesta alla mail del docente e alla segreteria amministrativa all'indirizzo segrstudenti.comunicazione@uniroma1.it

La Segreteria Amministrativa procederà comunque ad effettuare un controllo e l’eventuale annullamento dell'esame qualora lo studente non possegga i requisiti richiesti.

N.B.
La data effettiva di svolgimento, le modalità (presenza o da remoto), l’orario e l’aula dell’esame verranno confermate a ridosso dell’appello, una volta chiuse le prenotazioni. Si consiglia quindi di verificare eventuali aggiornamenti nelle news della cattedra fino al giorno prima dell'esame. Gli studenti prenotati che non intendano più sostenere l’esame hanno l’obbligo di cancellare la prenotazione su Infostud entro i termini di scadenza previsti per la prenotazione stessa. Oltre tale scadenza hanno comunque l’obbligo di avvisare il docente con una mail.Tutti i docenti afferenti al Dipartimento Coris, per tutte le materie erogate fino all’a.a. 2020/2021, sono tenuti ad aprire un appello nella sessione straordinaria, pertanto nel caso in cui per qualche specifica materia non dovesse risultare una data d’esame all’interno della sessione straordinaria, vi preghiamo di segnalarlo tempestivamente alla segreteria didattica.

Admitted students and participation process

According to the department calendar, an extra exam session is scheduled between Monday, 18 October and Friday, 12 November 2021.
Please note that only the following categories of students are admitted to the extra exam session:

Students graduating in the December 2021/January 2022 session (can take the last exam for a maximum of 9 credits);
Irregular students ‘fuori corso’ (these students can take any of the exams from previous classes – according the regulations of their Bachelors and Masters degree programmes);
Students enrolled in part-time mode (can take a maximum of 2 exams);
Students enrolled in single courses;
Eramus students;
Students with disabilities, or DSA;
Student mothers and student fathers with child (ren) under the age of three years;
Pregnant schoolgirls;
Working students (these students can take all exams whose courses have already been delivered in previous years or in the first semester of the current year).

On the day of the exam, in addition to the booking receipt, students must present to the professors:

If an undergraduate student: a printout of the Infostud screen relating to the graduation application, or a copy of the email acknowledging the submission of the graduation application generated by the system;
If ‘fuori corso’ student: the certificate of enrolment, downloadable from Infostud in the Certificates section, in which it is clear that they are still enroled and completing degree later (without duty stamp). Those who will become ‘fuori corso’ students in the academic year 2021/2022 will be able to participate in the extra exam session if, by the exam date, they have completed - by paying the first installment of university fees - the enrollment in the academic year 2021/2022.
If a part-time student: the certificate of enrolment, downloadable from Infostud, which shows that they are enrolled in Part Time mode;
If enrolled as a single-course student: the copy of the paid tuition receipt, which shows that they are enrolled in a single course for the academic year 2020-2021;
If Erasmus students: the booking receipt will be sufficient, showing that you are incoming Erasmus students;
If students with disabilities or DSA (Specific Learning Disorder): a copy of the certification stating this;
If parents or pregnant students, appropriate documentation certifying the family status or the state of pregnancy;
Working students, in order to participate in the extraordinary session, must follow the instructions published by the University at the link - https://www.uniroma1.it/it/notizia/appelli-straordinari-aperti-anche-agl... and, sending the required certification to the teacher's email and to the Student Affairs Office at segrstudenti.comunicazione@uniroma1.it

Student Affairs Office will check the information and potentially cancel the exam, if the student does not possess the above-mentioned requisites.

Please note that information about the exact date, the modalities (in-person or remotely), time and place of the exam will be published just before the exam, once bookings are officially closed. We suggest checking for any update or news on both the Infostud system and the Professor website.
Students who have booked the exam but won’t take it, must cancel their booking on Infostud within the established times. Beyond that day, students have still the responsibility to contact the Professor and notice them of their decision.
All professors of the Coris department, for the courses held up to the first semester of the academic year 2020/2021 must have one exam call in the extraordinary session. Therefore, if exam calls for any course should not be available for booking, please report to the Educational Affairs Office.
