 Graduation session‭ December 2022‭/‬January 2023
From Tuesday, 6 December 2022 to Friday, 20 January 2023
 
Please note that the graduation application must be submitted on INFOSTUD through an on-line procedure following the instructions given on the following link: On-line Graduation Application | Sapienza Università di Roma (uniroma1.it).
 
In order to submit the application for the final exam (graduation), the student must first pay the graduation fee, downloadable from InfoStud. Students are required to pay the graduation fee at least 5 working days prior to submitting the application.
 
Submission of the online application and acceptance of the application by your thesis supervisor (relatore) must happen between Thursday, 1 September 2022 to Friday, 14 October 2022
 
The Student Affairs Office will approve the application after 14 October 2022.

First deadline
By Saturday, 17 September 2022

The student should have acquired 96% of the credits required to submit the Graduation Application. As required by the University Regulations, the application will not be accepted unless 96% of the credits have been achieved and recorded. This means that you cannot have more than 9 credits to take.
 
Second deadline
By Friday, 14 October 2022

Student must submit the online application on INFOSTUD and the thesis supervisor (relatore) must approve it.
It is strongly recommended to avoid submitting the graduation application close to the deadline, as all the applications that are not completed by this deadline (even due to possible INFOSTUD malfunctions), will not be accepted.
 
Third deadline
By and no later Monday, 14 November 2022

Upload on-line copy of the last missing exam (if this is not already recorded on Infostud):
Deliver to the internship office (address Via Salaria 113, first floor, room B4) all the documentation relating to the recognition of the credits for the internship (If you have not already done so).
 
Fourth deadline
Starting from Monday, 21 November 2022

Student will be able to see when and where their final thesis examination will be held, view the calendars that will be published on the Coris website's home page/news section: https://web.uniroma1.it/coris/
 
In the calendar, students will find the indication of the assigned co-supervisor (Correlatore), to whom they must send the thesis by the deadline indicated below.
 
Fifth deadline
By and no later than Monday, 5 December 2022

send via email your final thesis, in .pdf format, in a single document your co-supervisor (correlatore).
 
Sixth deadline
By and no later than Monday, 12 December 2022

Upload your final thesis on INFOSTUD in pdf format.
It is also strongly recommended, in this case, to avoid uploading the final thesis PDF close to the deadline, as after the deadline, the platform will not allow any uploads.
 
Please note that during the completion of the graduation application, the following documents must be uploaded in your profile:
•    Identity document (Valid), (if not already present in your Infostud profile) - Mandatory 
•    Health card or tax code card (if not already present in your Infostud profile) - Mandatory
•    Receipt of the completion of the Almalaurea questionnaire - Mandatory

For any problem with uploading files (due to possible INFOSTUD malfunctions), please visit – IN LARGE ADVANCE PRIOR THE DEADLINE -  the Student Affairs Office, located in the main campus (Città univeristaria): Building CU029 (the nearest entrance is Viale Regina Elena, 334).

FOR THE PRESENTATION OF THE FORMAL APPLICATION FOR THE GRADUATION ON INFOSTUD:
 
1. By 20 January 2023 (for all): an achievement of 96% of the credits is required to submit the thesis application. As required by the University regulations, the application will not be accepted if 96% of the required credits for the degree course have not been passed and recorded. The Faculty Council has established that 96% for the five-year degree is equivalent to having to take no more than 1 exam, for the new 509 system to obtain no more than 8 credits and for the new 270 degree no more than 9 credits.
 
2. By Monday 23 January 2023 (for all): the student must send the online application and the supervisor will accept it on Infostud.
It is strongly recommended to avoid uploading the application too close to the deadline, as all applications that are not successfully uploaded by the deadline (also due to possible Infostud malfunctions), will in no case be accepted or be able to be uploaded later.
ATTENTION: it is necessary to pay the graduation fee at least five working days before the deadline in order to submit the application within the non-extendable deadline of Monday 23 January 2023, i.e. at least by Monday 16 January 2023, otherwise Sapienza will not receive the payment in time and the Infostud platform will not allow the application to be entered as a result of this.
 
3. No later than Monday 13 February 2023:
- (for all) upload online - among the attachments to the graduation application - a scanned copy of the proof of the eventual last missing exam (only if this is not already validated on Infostud).
- (for all) deliver to the Internship Office, if it has not yet been done, all the documentation relating to the recognition of cfu relating to internships and traineeships - if present in the training plan - (for 509 students also the documentation relating to the recognition of supplementary educational activities).
- (only for Master's degree – Magistrale/Specialistica- and five-year degree students) upload the pdf of the final thesis on Infostud, following the instructions for uploading the thesis on page 7 of the "instructions" file published at the link https://www.uniroma1.it/it/pagina/domanda-di-laurea-online
 
It is strongly recommended, also in this case, to avoid uploading the pdf too close to the deadline, as when the deadline has expired, the platform will not allow you in any way to upload the file later.
 
4. From Monday 13 February 2023

  1. By 6 May 2023 (for all): an achievement of 96% of the credits is required to submit the thesis application. As required by the University regulations, the application will not be accepted if 96% of the required credits for the degree course have not been passed and recorded. The Faculty Council has established that 96% for the five-year degree is equivalent to having to take no more than 1 exam, for the new 509 system to obtain no more than 8 credits and for the new 270 degree no more than 9 credits.

    Exclusively for the July session, the Department Council of 4 February 2015 resolved that, by way of derogation from the 96% limit, also regular (in corso) students who have already taken all the exams planned in their course by the end of the January/February session (with the exception of the courses delivered for the first time in the second semester of the last year ) can submit the degree application.

    Students who are in the condition described above and who want to take advantage of the July summer session to conclude their studies, before applying online, must submit the "exam to be taken form" (modulo esami da sostenere) for approval by the Students Affairs Office by writing to triennalicoris@uniroma1.it (Bachelor’s degree) and to magistralicoris@uniroma1.it (Master’s degree).

    The approved form must then be uploaded together with the other attachments when submitting the application online. The missing credits must in any case all be obtained in the first session of June.


     
  2. By Monday 8 May 2023 (for all): the student must send the online application and the supervisor will accept it on Infostud. It is strongly recommended to avoid uploading the application too close to the deadline, as all applications that are not successfully uploaded by the deadline (also due to possible Infostud malfunctions), will in no case be accepted or be able to be uploaded later.

    ATTENTION: it is necessary to pay the graduation fee at least four/five working days before the deadline in order to submit the application within the non-extendable deadline of Monday 8 May 2023, otherwise Sapienza will not receive the payment in time and the Infostud platform will not allow the application to be entered as a result of this.


     
  3. No later than Monday 12 June 2023:
    (only for Master's degree – Magistrale/Specialistica- and five-year degree students) upload the pdf of the final thesis on Infostud, following the instructions for uploading the thesis on page 7 of the "instructions" file published at the link Online Degree Application Instructions
    It is strongly recommended, also in this case, to avoid uploading the pdf too close to the deadline, as when the deadline has expired, the platform will not allow you in any way to upload the file later.

     
  4. No later than Friday 16 June 2023:
    (for all) (for all) upload online - among the attachments to the graduation application - a scanned copy of the proof of the eventual last missing exam (only if this is not already validated on Infostud).

  6. No later than Monday 4 December 2023:
    Only for Master's degree – Magistrale/Specialistica- and five-year degree students: send your final paper, in .pdf format, in a single file by e-mail to your co-supervisor.
     
  7. No later than Monday 11 December 2023:
    - (only for Master's degree – Magistrale/Specialistica- and five-year degree students) upload the pdf of the final thesis on Infostud, following the instructions for uploading the thesis on page 7 of the "instructions" file published at the link Online Degree Application Instructions.
