In the next conference on the Eastern countries, which it will be hold in Italy and organized by "La Sapienza" University of Rome, Master in International Business Law (IBL) and the Chair of International trade law (Prof. Santosuosso) and with the participation of students of the master, researchers, professors and commercial employees who have economic and commercial relations with Italy, we will mainly discuss over the development of economic and commercial laws with these countries.
It will aim to deepen the dialogue and exchange of experiences in the field of economic and commercial law among the countries of the East and the countries of the European Union, with the aim of sharing the best practices and regulations governing the business environment as a key aspect for sustainable economic development and the improvement of the business climate. The examination of the economic and commercial legislation and its effective implementation will aim, among others, to ensure legal certainty, especially for investments to and from European Union countries, thus providing support to entrepreneurs on their way to more compliance with the rule of law.
This conference also aims to introduce to international operators, the relations between the two regions and how they are addressing the major issues of the bi-regional and international companies, with their knowledge, taken together, it is considered of great interest in terms of population and production capacity.
