XXII National Meeting on Medicinal Chemistry

The XXII National Meeting on Medicinal Chemistry 2013 will be held at the University of Rome La Sapienza. The XXII NMMC begins on Tuesday, September 10, 2013, with a ceremony at the Aula Magna of Sapienza University. The opening lecture will be delivered by Dario Neri.

XXII NMMC provides an attractive panel of worldwide scientists interacting and exchanging the latest ideas, scientific breakthroughs and techniques. The scientific program covers specific topics: CNS diseases, computational sciences in drug discovery, infectious diseases and drug resistance, oncology and epigenetics, inflammatory and metabolic diseases, analytical tools in drug discovery and development, new approaches in drug discovery and natural products and nutraceuticals. The meeting program includes plenary and keynote lectures, short communications on two parallel sessions, and poster presentations. The Meeting language is English.

The prestigious Musaio Awards will be assigned by the Italian Division of Medicinal Chemistry of SCI to an outstanding scientist in recognition of his or her contribution to the medicinal chemistry sciences. In addition, Farmindustria Awards and Poster Awards will be given for deserving junior researchers.

In addition to the scientific programme, all participants will have ample choice for Rome city tours and trips.
