IT Support and Ordinary Maintenance

The assistance provides support for problems of an IT, telephone (VOIP) and ordinary maintenance nature:

  •     IT support provides information and assistance on the Department's website, manages problems relating VOIP contacting the appropriate office in Sapienza and manages hardware assistance tickets (where possible) in case of Department's equipment failures (PDL, Printers, Servers, etc.)
  •     As for ordinary maintenance, manage the request for some problems on Department's buildings.
