Prenotazione strumenti

Per richiedere in prestito strumentazione per il rilievo bisogna inviare la richiesta al seguente indirizzo e-mail liralab@uniroma1.it allegando il modulo di MALLEVERIA compilato e firmato dal richiedente e dal docente di riferimento. 

Come specificato nel modulo di malleveria, l'uso dello strumento è consentito esclusivamente allo studente che ha presentato la richiesta e registrato il prestito in laboratorio. Lo strumento non dovrà essere utilizzato da altri utenti prima che siano eseguite, da parte del personale del LIRALab, le procedure di sanificazione previste ad ogni cambio di operatore.

Nell'e-mail bisogna indicare il periodo per il quale è richiesto il prestito e il tipo di strumento:

- LEICA TS02
- LEICA TCR407

Il personale del laboratorio, verificata la disponibilità della strumentazione richiesta, risponderà per concordare un appuntamento per il ritiro dello strumento.
Il giorno del ritiro è necessario portare l'originale cartaceo della malleveria e un documento di identità.

EQUIPMENT RESERVATION

In order to borrow an instrument for surveying, it is necessary to send a request to the following e-mail address: liralab@uniroma1.it attaching the MALLEVERIA form compiled and signed by the student and the referring teacher. 

As specified in the MALLEVERIA form, use of the instrument is allowed only to the student who requested it and registered the borrowing in laboratory. The instrument must not be used by other users before the LIRALab staff carries out the sanitation procedures provided for each change of operator.

In the e-mail you must indicate the type of instrument requested and how long it will be needed: 

- LEICA TS02
- LEICA TCR407

The laboratory staff, having verified the availability of the requested instrumentation, will respond to arrange an appointment for the collection and redelivery of the instrument.
On the day of the collection it is necessary to bring the original malleveria form and an identity document.
