Outgoing students

Erasmus+ is an European Union program aimed at promoting cooperation and exchange activities between European universities.

Students participating in the exchanges have the opportunity:

  • to take courses in a foreign university without additional registration costs,
  • to obtain the recognition of the exams taken and / or to carry out studies for their degree thesis,
  • to be able to go abroad receiving a small financial contribution.

Candidacy

It is possible to apply each year for the following academic year by participating in the call published between February and March of each year on this website.

To present your application, you must meet the requirements of the call for applications, paying particular attention to the language and the credits requirements and read the announcement carefully.

The study project

The study project - which must be presented at the time of the application - is the document that contains both the exams that the student intends to take abroad and the corresponding exams included in the study plan within the Bachelor or Master Degree program student is enrolled. This document must be examined and signed by the Academic Mobility Manager of the student's study area (see list on this site).

Further recommendations

Students are strongly advised to:

  • Achieve the required language level in advance of the publication of the announcement.
  • Prepare and present the study project in time.
  • Go to the lecturers to talk during the office hours.
Once the student is declared winner of the scholarship

The student must:

1)  Confirm his/her acceptance of the Erasmus + scholarship and specify the starting semester, following the indications that will be published together with the ranking list and sent by email;

2)  Wait for the faculty Erasmus office to send the nomination to the host university where it will inform the candidate via email;

3)  Scrupulously follow the instructions provided by the Erasmus office regarding the procedure to be followed to sign the contract.

4) Scrupulously follow the Application Form procedure indicated on the site of the host university paying attention to meet the deadlines.

In particular, the study project presented during the application must be transcribed by the student in the so-called "Learning Agreement", available online on the student's personal page, which will be activated only after the acceptance of the scholarship and the nomination made by the Erasmus office.

On the Learning Agreement the student must enter the names and codes of the courses to be taken abroad and of the Italian courses for which the student will request equivalence (even multiple foreign courses for each Italian course), with the relative number of credits for each course foreign and Italian.

Changes to the study project presented at the time of application are allowed only in cases of real need (for example in the event of variations in the offer by the host university).

The Learning Agreement must be validated and signed by the reference Erasmus scientific manager.

Il Learning Agreement  deve essere convalidato e firmato dal responsabile scientifico Erasmus di riferimento.

After having inserted and completeted all the information on your personal page, the student will receive an email in which will be specified the deadlines to:
