Master in Diritto e Sport

The "First Level" Master's Degree in Law and Sport - The Jurist in the Management of Relations and the Sporting Phenomenon, directed by Prof. Domenico Mezzacapo, is held at the Department of Legal Sciences of SAPIENZA University of Rome 

The Master boasts the patronage of CONI - Italian National Olympic Committee and CIP - Italian Paralympic Committee.
The main objective of the Master's course is to provide students with a comprehensive preparation in the various areas in which sport and law meet.

The course is structured in modules, each of which deals with a specific area of sports law:

Module I: Regulations and subjects
Module II: Sports justice
Module III: Sporting activity, liability and employment
Module IV: Social security and taxation
Module V: Insights

Lectures are held within each module by Sapienza university lecturers and external experts, and are flanked on a regular basis by seminars on topics of interest and topical interest in sports law.
