The aim of the program is to train new actors in the development of advanced technology in multidisciplinary content, with a strong aptitude for inventive capacity, the technological development of a new product, to engineering , to strategies targeted to the protection of intellectual property, market and financial sustainability of the new found technology . The Master is aimed at creating a new professional profile with a key role in the economic recovery of the country and is still absent in the context of traditional academic and industrial environments.

The relevant skills are developed within the Master by theoretical courses taught by experts in the field of the invention, engineering, product innovation and industry in general, both through the inclusion of students in team innovation projects actually developed by industries (not simulated ), and supported by a consortium of companies including those that support the course, and also provide the registration fee for many of the students of the course.

The Master course is addressed to stakeholders to develop a real expertise in the following fields:

- Developing the capacity of the inventive process engineering and project summary

- Development of integrated multi-disciplinary technology

- Product engineering

- Development of processes patent and IP in general

- Development of innovation processes at industrial level

- International strategies and policies for technological innovation

- Systematic management of innovation

- Management of industrial spin-off

 

The master in question is also intended to provide companies with the tools to set up an internal team to produce a potential industrial spin-off of a new high-tech product. If a company that finances the Master wishes to develop a new business based on a high-tech product , the master proposes , in addition to the part of classroom teaching tools aimed at providing technical and engineering and economic- managerial useful to the team , the study of the project aimed at the development of that product. At the end of the course , the project will end with the construction of a prototype of the product with the associated patents and covers a phase of its pre- industrialization , the reset of the company's marketing strategy that is directed to the employment market of the product .

Around this master gather the forces of academic , industrial and tertiary sectors which may result in projects that make up the bank to a related project activity with broad spectrum.
