IMPORTANT: EXAM REGISTRATION

This is to remember that, to attend the exam, it is mandatory to register on Infostud whithin the fixed deadline. Each academic year, in September, all the exam dates and related deadlines are published on this webpage and on Infostud.

Students should be also informed that the date indicated for the exam has to be intended as the 'starting date'. Therefore, for organizational reasons, the exam date could be moved forward within the range fixed by the teacher in Infostud.

EXAM EXTRA SESSIONS

This is to inform you that exam sessions held in the periods April-May and October-November of each year are dedicated to the students who are in one of the following special conditions:

- students who have not completed their university exams within the set time period (studenti 'fuori corso');

- students about to graduate (laureandi), that is, this is their last exam;

- part time students; 

- students enrolled in the 3rd year or more;

- students with disability (DSA);

- students who are mothers and students who are fathers of chieldren less than 3 years old;

- pregnant students.

Only these students can register for the extra sessions, and they have to motivate their condition to the teacher by sending an email with the related documentation certifying their condition. Only after a check of such documents the student will be admitted to the exam.

Worker-students must fill the form available at the following link, and send to the teacher and to the secretariat:

Students with a disability have to contact the dedicated office at La Sapienza. The office will communicate their names to the theacher.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD OF THE FINAL EXAM 

Pursuant to University regulations, the administrative record of a final exam held by students at the Faculty of Economics will show one of the following outcomes:

- the actual grade ("voto") if this is between 18/30 (60%) and 30/30 (100%), with or without laude ("lode"), and the student has agreed to have this outcome recorded officially;

- "rinuncia" if the grade is at least 18/30 but the student has declined this grade and wishes to retake the exam (however, the grade that was declined by the student will be recorded for administrative purposes);

- "rinuncia" if the student fails (i.e., the grade is less than 18/30) and the student does not request to have this outcome recorded officially. In this case, the failure will not show in the student's transcripts;

- "respinto" if the student fails (i.e., the grade is less than 18/30) and the student has requested to have this outcome recorded officially. In this case, the failure will show in the student's transcripts.

- "assente" if the student has registered on Infostud for taking the exam but he/she does not attend the exam.
