My research interests mainly relay on the deepening of the role of the cerebellum and of the cerebellar-cortical circuits in cognitive and social-cognitive domains by means of both behavioral and neuroimaging techniques. Accordingly, the main focus is on the brain mechanisms underlying the behavioral dysfunctions occurring in patients affected by cerebellar pathologies and in subjects with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.
