Admission
Admission to the Sapienza School for Advanced Studies is based on a competitive selection according to the rules specified in a proper call. There are several ways to access the School, all reserved for students enrolled in a standard study programme (Bachelor Degree, Master Degree, Single Cycle Master Degree, PhD) of the Sapienza University of Rome.
Admission to the 1st Academic Year for students enrolled in the first year of a Bachelor Degree and Single Cycle Master Degree
Italian or foreign students (EU or non-EU) who passed the admission tests organized each year after a call are admitted to the 1st year of the Sapienza School of Advanced Studies (for detailed information on the yearly call, please refer to the Calls section) .
To participate in the admission test, the following requirements must be met:

to be younger than 21 years at the call deadline

to have achieved a mark not less than 90/100 in the Italian high school final exam or equivalent foreign qualification

to be enrolled (or ongoing to be enrolled in the terms stated by the Sapienza), in the first year of a Bachelor Degree or Single Cycle Master Degree at Sapienza
The admission call may grant a possible reimbursement of travel expenses (documented according to requirements established in the call itself) for participation in the competition of candidates from outside the Lazio region.
Admission to the 4th Academic Year for students enrolled in the 1st Academic Year of a Master Degree
Italian or foreign students (EU or non-EU) who meet the following requirements can apply for admission call to the first year of the Master Degree:

to be younger than 24 years at the call deadline

to be enrolled (or ongoing to be enrolled in the terms stated by the Sapienza), in the first year of a Master Degree at Sapienza

to have achieved the Bachelor Degree in an Italian university with a mark not less than 107/110 and an overall average of exam marks not less than 28/30, or equivalent foreign qualifications
Admission for students enrolled in the 1st Academic Year of a PhD course
Students enrolled in the 1st Academic Year of a Sapienza PhD course can participate in the admission test
