The head of the Department is the Director who represents the structure and guarantees its autonomy and cultural unity. In order to carry out its institutional tasks, the Department has organisational and administrative autonomy with regard expenditure measures directly concerning it, towards both public and private entities, in compliance with current legislation. The Department may not issue general administrative measures or relating to on matters reserved for others identified by Sapienza’s Statute.
