Giulio Guarini is Associate Professor of Economics at the Tuscia University (Viterbo). He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Sapienza University of Rome. He was visiting student at University of Sussex and University of Oxford. He has taught at Sophia Antipolis University of Nice with Erasmusplus Mobility Program. He has worked at the Italian Agency for Territorial Cohesion. At present, he collaborates with the Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development (ENEA) and the Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development (ASviS). His main research interests are: economic development, human development, environmental sustainability, innovation, and inequalities.
