Arianna Rufini received her Master Degree in Telecommunications Engineering in July 2009 from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Italy. Since November 2009 she is a Ph.D student in Information and Communication Engineering at INFOCOM Dept. of the same University. Her main research activities are focused on Next Generation Access Networks, in particular 4G Mobile Networks, as Femtocells and LTE, and Passive Optical Networks. Since October 2009 she joined the Fondazione Ugo Bordoni. She is a member of "SafeTRIP" european project dedicated to the definition of an integrated system that will improve safety and mobility for road users.
