SAFETY AND MANTEINANCE IN SCHOOL BUILDINGS

Schools are also complex working environments, with artifacts, plants, laboratories, halls, classrooms, offices, common and/or green areas, etc., which place precise needs and responsibilities in terms of Safety and Maintenance.

The School-Work Alternation Project "Safety and Maintenance in School Buildings" was born in 2017 at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering of Sapienza with the aim of transferring experiences and methods of the industrial world to the field of immovable heritage and, in particular, to public buildings of particular strategic importance and criticality, such as schools.

The aim of the project is to spread the culture of safety and maintenance from school age.
