BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The didactic organization of the "Scientific Investigation Techniques in the Food Sector" Master is entrusted to Professor Alessandra Gentili, in collaboration with a Didactic-Scientific Committee composed of professors and researchers of the University of Rome "La Sapienza" coming from different disciplinary areas (Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Biology, Management and others) and representatives of institutions and trade associations operating in the food sector (ICQRF – The Central Inspectorate of Quality Protection and Fraud Repression, MASAF).

The Master course is 60 CFU and has an annual duration.
