WHO WE ARE

The II level Master in "Law and new technologies for the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage"
is an interdisciplinary course based at the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Rome "La Sapienza".

Structured within the DTC-Lazio Center of Excellence, the master involves highly competent partners, including the University of St Andrews (UK),
the Telematic University Unitelma Sapienza, the Lazio Regional Administrative Court, 
the Central Anti-Crime Department. of the State Police - Scientific Police Service,
of the National Institute of Roman Studies, of the Archaeological Park of the Colosseum, as well as teachers and experts of the Carabinieri Command for the
Protection of Cultural Heritage and the Vatican Apostolic Library.

Thanks to the precious collaboration of the members, the master makes use of highly experienced and professional teachers,
in all disciplinary sectors covered during the course year. Furthermore,
joining the master in the DTC-Lazio training offer allows the funding of various scholarships,
 to cover the total cost of the course for learners in possession of the required requirements.

The TA1 and / or TA2 Laboratories, located at the Department of Computer Science,
 Automation and Management Engineering of the "La Sapienza" "Antonio Ruberti" University,
they contribute to enriching the training offer. The same location hosts numerous research laboratories that can be made available to learners.
These include: ALCOR - Robotics laboratory for vision, perception and learning;
WSNL - Wireless Sensor Networks Laboratory; DASILab -
Data And Services Integration Laboratory; WADAM -
Web Algorithmics and Data Mining Laboratory; ROCOCO -
RObot COgnitive COoperating laboratory.
The Master also makes use of the laboratory of the Sapienza Museum Center (PmS),
of the Laboratory of Bioarchaeology of the Department of Environmental Biology of RM, 
of the Laboratories of the Institute of Sciences of Cultural Heritage (ISPC) of the CNR.

The master, now in its third edition, has already demonstrated, thanks to its multidisciplinary approach,
to fully respond to the in-depth and specialization needs of students from different study paths,
thus adapting to the different professional profiles of the same (legal, artistic, historical, economic and technological) and guaranteeing
the acquisition of transversal skills.

The registration fee for the Master is € 2000 / two thousand euros.
