In order to respect the interpersonal distancing imposed for health security, the capacity of the classrooms has been reduced and the presence of students in the classroom has been organized in shifts, that can be reserved according to the last two digits of your Sapienza registration number.

If you want to participate in attendance to the lessons of your degree course you must:

1.Obtain the Sapienza registration number. If you are not a Sapienza student yet, please register on Infostud system

2. Consult the timetable of the lessons on the Faculty's website and take note of the name/code of the classroom and the building code in which the classroom of the courses you wish to attend is located;

3. Verify your turn to participate in attendance, according to the instructions below:

Week from 5/10 to 10/10
Registration numbers with final digits from 67 to 99

Week from 12/10 to 17/10
Registration numbers with final digits from 00 to 49
     
Week from 19/10 to 24/10
Registration numbers with final digits from 50 to 99

Week from 26/10 to 31/10
Registration numbers with final digits from 00 to 49

Week from 2/11 to 7/11
Registration numbers with final digits from 50 to 99

For the following shifts we will communicate further information.

For each shift, reservations can be made from Monday to Thursday of the previous week.
Example: for the shift starting on Monday, October 5th, the reservation for the week's classes starts on Monday 28th and ends on Thursday 1st.  

Sapienza has also created Prodigit, a dedicated system for reserving a seat in the classroom.
You will have to access Prodigit using your Infostud credentials: registration number and password.
At the end of the reservation, the system produces a receipt that you have to print or save and show (also on your smartphone) at the access points of Sapienza buildings and whenever asked.

For health security reasons, Sapienza may decide to make you seat in order of arrival (and therefore in a different seat from the one you have reserved): don't worry, the reserved seat is always guaranteed.
If you decide not to attend the reserved lesson, please cancel your reservation: you will be able to give access to a student on the waiting list.

If you have not been able to make your reservation, you will be placed on the waiting list and you may be notified if a seat becomes available.
Otherwise you can follow the lesson remotely.
