On June 18th at 10:30 a.m. in the Cloister Room of the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering, a seminar by Prof. Gianluigi Casse, Director of the Center "Sensors and Devices - S&D" of the Bruno Kessler Foundation of Trento (www.fbk.eu), an Italian structure of excellence in research and technology transfer, will be held.
During the seminar, the technology platforms of FBK's facilities and their relevance to research and industry nationwide will be outlined, with a particular focus on nanotechnology, which is increasingly a key factor for an exceptionally wide range of industrial applications.
Prof. Casse will then discuss an important example both for the dynamism of research and for the opportunities represented by an industry still in its first stages but with very accelerated growth prospects: quantum sciences and technologies.
The seminar is aimed at a wide range of potential participants:
Participation, only in attendance, at the seminar may be recognized within the AAF credit (nano/nano/about/rules-info/other-learning-activities-aaf). For those who want to participate, please fill in the Google form available at the following link: https://docs.google.com/forms/
