Saperi&Co - Neuroscience
The Center for Research and Services Saperi&Co collaborated with dr. Vito Chiarella of the Neuroscience department of Sapienza University of Rome for the creation of resin and PLA prototypes that faithfully reproduce aneurysms of patients at the Umberto I Polyclinic. These models, made starting from three-dimensional scans made by the doctors themselves through specific CT scans were used by surgeons as a reference for the study and exercise of planned interventions.
