Location
The main building and the branches of the Department of Surgery reside in the hospital complex of the Policlinico Umberto I in Rome. The research laboratories are instead located in the Castro Laurenziano complex, adjacent to the General Hospital and the university city.
The Headquarters of the Department is in the building of the former 1st Surgical Clinic, adjacent to the Policlinico carriageway in Via Giovanni Maria Lancisi 2, a few steps from the Metro B 'Policlinico' stop.
