Over the years, the founding departments of the Departments of Surgery have produced research that has contributed significantly to identifying its scientific position within the national and international academic world.

The Research Projects still running as of 01/11/2022 and started in the P. Valdoni Department of Surgery and in the Department of Surgical Sciences will be completed within the new Department of Surgery.
