The Faculty Electoral Commission monitors that the various phases of the electoral procedures are carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Faculty Electoral Regulations, such as the Regulations for the elections of student representatives or personnel, adopting if necessary - even in an emergency and without formalities of procedures - the measures suitable to inhibit or stop the effects of conduct in contrast with it. The Commission is also responsible for verifying the results received from the various seat commissions, communicating the relative outcome to the Faculty, for the purposes of the election proclamations. Finally, it decides, in the first instance, on the appeals proposed against the results proclaimed by the Faculty.
