A.A. 2022-2023

CLASSES


First semester: from Monday the 19th of September to Saturday the 10th of December 2022 (12-17 of December 2022 for any missed lectures)
Holidays: Monday the 31st of October 2022, Tuesday the 1st of November 2022; Thursday the 8th of December 2022
Second semester: from Monday the 20th of February to Saturday the 20th of May 2023 (22-27 of May 2023 for any missed lectures)
Holidays: Easter holidays from Thursday the 6th of April to Tuesday the 11th of April 2023; Tuesday the 25th of April 2022; Monday the 1st of May 2023


EXAMS


As explained in the Prospectus - https://www.uniroma1.it/it/pagina/regolamento-studenti - all students can take exams once the course is over. 

 
Between Monday the 9th of January 2023 and Saturday the 11th of February 2023 there will be 3 exam sessions for all the courses from previous years, and for all the courses that were taught in the first semester of the current academic year

N.B.: In order to guarantee students the possibility to meet the deadlines to graduate in March 2023, the first exam session will be held before the 20th of January 2023. All exams held after the 31st of January 2023 will be registered exclusively in the academic year 2022-2023.

Between Monday the 3rd of April and Saturday the 6th of May 2023 there will be an extraordinary exam session for all subjects from previous academic years as well as those taught in the first semester of the current year. 
This session is exclusively available to the following categories:

  • Students not on track with their exams (can sit all exams from their course);
  • Part time students (can sit 2 exams);
  • Single course students 2022/2023
  • Incoming Erasmus students (can sit all exams that have been taught in previous years);
  • Students with disabilities students (can sit all exams that have been taught in previous years);
  • Student parents with children under 3 years of age (can sit all exams that have been taught in previous years);
  • Pregnant students (can sit all exams that have been taught in previous years);
  • Working students (can sit all exams that have been taught in previous years);

Between Friday the 5th of June and Friday the 21st of July 2023 (summer session): 3 exam sessions for all subjects taught up to the current academic year. By the 21nd of July 2023 all exams must have been held and certified.

N.B.: In order to guarantee students the possibility to meet the deadlines to graduate in July 2023 the first exam session will be held before the 16th of June 2023. 

Between Friday the 1st of September and Saturday the 16th of September 2023 (autumn session): 1 exam session for all subjects taught up to the academic year 2022-2023

Between Monday the 16th of October and Saturday the 11th of November 2022 there will be an extraordinary exam session for all subjects from previous academic years. 

  • Bachelor graduates for the December 2023 / January 2024 sessions (can sit their final exam for a maximum of 9 cfu);
  • Master’s graduates and from previous 5 year degrees for the December 2023 / 2024 session (can sit their final exam for a maximum of 9 cfu);
  • Students not on track with their exams (can sit all exams from their course);
  • Part time students (can sit 2 exams);
  • Single course students 2022/2023
  • Incoming Erasmus students (can sit all exams that have been taught in previous years);
  • Students with disabilities students (can sit all exams that have been taught in previous years);

Between Monday the 8th of January 2024 and Friday the 19th of January 2024 (winter session 2022/2023) there will be the last exam session for the academic year 2022/2023:
1 exam session for courses that have been taught in previous years


GRADUATION SESSIONS


Between Tuesday the 7th of March and Friday the 31th of March 2023 (early summer session 2022/2023)
Between Tuesday the 4th of July and Wednesday the 26nd of July 2023 (summer session 2022/2023)
Between Tuesday the 10th of October and Wednesday the 8th of November 2023 (autumn session 2022/2023)
Between Tuesday the 5th of November 2023 and Friday the 26th of January 2024 (winter session 2022/2023).

*All exams relative to courses held in the academic year 2021/2022 by teachers who no longer hold the course will be held until the 31st of January 2023. Starting from Wednesday the 1st of February 2023 the exams will be held by the professor who now holds the course. Exams relative to courses held in the academic year 2021/2022 that are no longer held will still be guaranteed.
 

 

A.A. 2021-2022

CLASSES


First semester: from Monday the 20th of September to Saturday the 11th of December 2021 (13-18 December 2021 for any missed lectures)
Holidays: Monday the 1st of November 2021; Wednesday the 8th of December 2021
Second semester: from Monday the 21st of February to Saturday the 21st of May 2022 (23-28 may for any missed lectures)
Holidays: Easter holidays from Thursday the 14th of April to Tuesday the 19th of April 2022; Monday the 25th of April 2022


EXAMS

Between Friday the 7th of January 2022 and Saturday the 12th of February 2022 there will be 3 exam sessions for all the courses from previous years, and for all the courses that were taught in the first semester of the current academic year

Between Monday the 4th of April and Saturday the 7th of May there will be an extraordinary exam session for all subjects from previous academic years as well as those taught in the first semester of the current year. 
This session is exclusively available to the following categories: 

  • Students not on track with their exams (can sit all exams from their course);
  • Part-time students (can sit 2 exams);
  • Single course students 2021/2022
  • Incoming Erasmus students (can sit all exams that have been taught in previous years or in the first semester of the current year);

Between Friday the 3rd of June and Friday the 22nd of July 2022 (summer session): 3 exam sessions for all subjects taught up to the current academic year. By the 22nd of July 2022 all exams must have been held and certified.

N.B.: In order to guarantee students the possibility to meet the deadlines to graduate in July 2022 the first exam session will be held before the 14th of June 2022. 

Between Thursday the 1st of September and Saturday the 17th of September 2022 (autumn session): 1 exam session for all subjects taught up to the academic year 2021-2022

Between Monday the 17th of October and Friday the 11th of November 2022 there will be an extraordinary exam session for all subjects from previous academic years. 
 

This session is exclusively available to the following categories: 

  • Bachelor graduates for the December 2022 / January 2023 sessions (can sit their final exam for a maximum of 9 cfu);

Between Tuesday the 8th of March and Friday the 25th of March 2022 (early summer session 2021/2022)
Between Tuesday the 5th of July and Tuesday the 22nd of July 2022 (summer session 2021/2022)
Between Tuesday the 11th of October and Friday the 4th of November 2022 (autumn session 2021/2022)
Between Tuesday the 6th of November 2022 and Friday the 20th of January 2023 (winter session 2021/2022).

*All exams relative to courses held in the academic year 2020/2021 by teachers who no longer hold the course will be held until the 31st of January 2022. Starting from Tuesday the 1st of February 2022 the exams will be held by the professor who now holds the course.
