Internal rules valid until new provisions

Due to the on going health emergency and because of the need to apply the contagion containment measuresfor COVID-19, the ERAMUS OFFICE OF FACULTY (PHARMACY area) establishes the following rules that are MANDATORY for all the students who want to speak with the person in charge of the same office (RAEF, COLLABORATORS).

INFORMATIONS, REQUESTS AND ANYTHING ELSE MAY BE INTERESTING FOR THE USERS are provided AS STANDARD through the web channels SAPIENZA:

TRADITIONAL STUDENT RECEPTION (IN PRESENCE) is LIMITED only to URGENT CASES and IF the interested one cannot acquire the information requested by the channels mentioned above: WEB SAPIENZA, WEB PHARMACY AND MEDICINE, ERASMUSTUTOR EMAIL.

The student reception in presence is held in BUILDING CU034 IN UNIVERSITY CITY and it is allowed only by appointment by email at the above address, ERASMUSTUTOR.FARMACIA@UNIROMA1.IT.

The one whoanswers, in agreement with the interested party, willestabilish the times and modalities of the appointment.

The studentwhoarrivesat the erasmus office (pharmacy area) withouthavingestabilished an appointmentaccording to these rules, cannot be recived by RAEF and/or COLLABORATORS.

During the reception in presence IT IS MANDATORY TO COMPLY WITH ALL THE HYGIENE AND BEHAVIORAL PROVISIONS required by legislation.

Please note that these provisions apply only to ERASMUS ACTIVITY of the faculty of pharmacy and medicine (pharmacy area).
