The Faculty of Lettere e Filosofia at Rome Sapienza University condemns any form of violence, racism and discrimination based on any ground such as ethnic origin, religious or political creed, sexual gender and orientation, and is committed to hand over to the next generations the critical tools to deconstruct cultural stereotypes and to respect the memory, the history and the values of the Italian Republic, born from the Resistance movement, as well as individual and community identities in their specific differences, in favour of democracy, dialogue, solidarity and cooperation.
