Spacer is a family of fabrics made with textile additive manufacturing techniques (knitting machines) which allow to obtain three-dimensional effects and controlled properties. The company, which for years has specialized in 3D weaving processes for the automotive sector, seeks to transfer know-how to the high fashion and sportswear sector. The possibility of controlling some parameters, such as size, thickness of the fabric and size / variability of the weaves, allows to design complex structures from which the final characteristics of the fabrics derive such as softness, lightness, breathability, elasticity and abrasion resistance.
