Master's English language course
MAGISTRALE 1: Prof. Iolanda Plescia, Lettorato: Nicholas Toll
MAGISTRALE 2: Prof. Irene Ranzato, Lettorato: Margaret Horrigan
Magistrale 1 course and exam description can be found in the Guida di Anglistica / English faculty guide to be published shortly
Changing Group aa. 24-25: students requesting to change group firstly need to find a student from the other group to swap with then send a single email (DO NOT WRITE SEPARATELY ) to the teacher explaining the reason for the change. A timetable clash must be fully specified and you should specify whether English is your first or second language. This must be done within the first FOUR lessons of the semester. I will confirm the change only after reviewing timetable options and class sizes. Those who have not found a pair can be added to a waiting list.
N.B. If you do not intend to attend courses regularly, there is no reason to change group. The lettorato exam is the same for all, attending in either group and non-attending students alike. The Magistrale 1 lettorato exam is skills based and not having mastered the required skills will leave students unprepared for the tasks involved.
LCLT3 aa 24-25 or before: please contact aoife.beville@uniroma1.it as I am no longer teaching this course.
Please note the following changes to LCLT3 Exam from September 2024:
