    Aims: 

    During the course, the following topics will be covered: principles of statics and structural equilibrium of buildings, design and construction systems of complex organisms; analysis of the remains through survey activities conducted by integrating traditional instruments and advanced technologies; three-dimensional modeling for the reconstruction of monumental archaeological complexes.

    Course organization: 

    Examples of problems related to the correct interpretation of ancient structures will be provided during the classroom with slides. Survey as the main tool for knowledge of ancient architecture: theoretical lessons and exercises direct and indirect survey on ancient remains.
