Vulci nel mondo Project
The collaboratiom on the 'Vulci in the World' research project aimed at increasing a database of archaeological finds from Vulci, from 19th-century excavations, scattered in museums and collections abroad. The project is aimed at the recovery and valorisation of all the archaeological and antiquarian data relating to the various finds and envisages the creation of a Virtual Museum, usable online in open access mode, at various levels. The activity will therefore be aimed at the implementation of the database with the identification of finds in foreign museums, through their websites, and their cataloguing according to specific parameters and under the control of collaborators. The workshop is reserved for students of the School of Specialisation in Archaeological Heritage. Prerequisite: experience in the study and classification of finds from the Etruscan area (9th-3rd centuries B.C.).
