Le sedute vanno garantite. Si devono rispettare le indicazioni del Ministero della Salute ribadite nell'ultimo D.P.R. del Governo sui comportamenti da adottare. In particolare:

Sedute di laurea triennali:

• si svolgeranno facendo entrare i candidati di ciascun turno di discussione con al massimo 2 ospiti (si raccomanda tassativamente di rispettare gli orari e di non presentarsi in anticipo); l’accesso al palazzo avverrà dal cancello d’ingresso di via Salaria 115 e saranno ammessi solo il laureando con al massimo i 2 accompagnatori;
• non sarà consentito l’ingresso alla struttura per amici e parenti al seguito, onde evitare negli spazi dell’edificio assembramenti che non rispettino le misure di sicurezza (ricordando che deve esserci almeno 1 metro di distanza tra un soggetto ed un altro);
• dopo l’ingresso i soli candidati dovranno recarsi immediatamente nell’aula destinata alla discussione rispettando le misure di sicurezza in particolare la distanza;
• gli accompagnatori potranno aspettare nell’aula Magna al piano terra dove si terrà la cerimonia di proclamazione o negli spazi esterni rispettando anche loro tassativamente le norme citate in particolare quelle sulla distanza;
• subito dopo la proclamazione i laureati, con i loro ospiti, lasceranno rapidamente lo stabile dal portone principale (via Salaria, 113) evitando assembramenti che non rispettino le misure di sicurezza;
• i laureandi del turno successivo entreranno nello stabile con le stesse modalità solo al termine del turno precedente;

Sedute di laurea magistrali, specialistiche e di vecchio ordinamento didattico:

• si svolgeranno facendo entrare i candidati di ciascun turno di discussione con al massimo 2 ospiti (si raccomanda tassativamente di rispettare gli orari e di non presentarsi in anticipo); l’accesso al palazzo avverrà dal cancello d’ingresso di via Salaria 115 e saranno ammessi solo il laureando con al massimo i 2 accompagnatori;
• non sarà consentito l’ingresso alla struttura per amici e parenti al seguito, onde evitare negli spazi dell’edificio assembramenti che non rispettino le misure di sicurezza (ricordando che deve esserci almeno 1 metro di distanza tra un soggetto ed un altro);
• dopo l’ingresso i primi 4 candidati e i loro accompagnatori dovranno recarsi immediatamente nell’aula Magna al piano terra dove si terranno le discussioni e le proclamazioni rispettando anche loro tassativamente le norme citate, in particolare quelle sulla distanza, gli altri laureandi attenderanno negli spazi esterni e potranno accedere all’Aula Magna solo quando gli sarà consentito dal personale addetto;
• subito dopo la proclamazione i laureati, con i loro ospiti, lasceranno rapidamente lo stabile dal portone principale (via Salaria, 113) evitando assembramenti che non rispettino le misure di sicurezza;
• i laureandi del turno successivo entreranno con le stesse modalità solo al termine del turno precedente.

Comprendiamo il disagio, ma vi ricordiamo che sono vietati festeggiamenti all’interno dello stabile.

Si comunica, inoltre, che per gli studenti che risiedono all’estero o provenienti dalle zone rosse è possibile presentare un’istanza motivata al Direttore,
inviando un mail all’indirizzo direttorecoris@uniroma1.it, allegando un documento di riconoscimento firmato, per svolgere la discussione in modalità telematica.

• will take place by letting the candidates of each discussion enter with a maximum of 2 guests (it is strongly recommended to respect the timetables and not to show up in advance); access to the building will take place from the entrance gate of via Salaria 115 and only the graduating student with a maximum of 2 accompanying persons will be admitted;  
• entrance to the structure for friends and relatives will not be allowed, in order to avoid gatherings in the spaces of the building that do not observe with the safety measures (remembering that there must be at least 1 meter distance between one subject and another);  
• after entry, candidates must go immediately to the classroom for discussion, respecting the safety measures, in particular the distance;  
• accompanying persons will be able to wait in the classroom “aula Magna” on the ground floor where the proclamation ceremony will be held or in the outdoor spaces, also strictly respecting the aforementioned rules, in particular those on distance; 
• immediately after the proclamation, the graduates and their guests, will quickly leave the building from the main entrance (via Salaria, 113) avoiding gatherings that do not respect the security measures; 
• the students of the next round will enter the building in the same way only at the end of the previous round;
